TY HODANISH
Trained by masters in the tradition of the Cape Cod School of Art, Ty Hodanish blends the plein air painting traditions of Provincetown and Bucks County in a style filled with color and light. He studied with Henry Hensche and Lois Griffel, and is featured in her book, Painting The Impressionist Landscape. In Bucks County, Ty’s widely recognized style has been sited by reviews as “a major force for keeping the artistic spirit alive and well in the community.” His exuberant paintings resonate with the saturated color of the Cape Cod School. Ty’s paintings are exhibited in venues throughout the East coast. He is well known in Bucks County for his plein air painting workshops conducted at his studio at Prallsville Mill in Stockton, New Jersey.
